Re-spectrial

I haven’t blogged in a while. Some say that my last blog post was so insightful that it’s hard to keep on blogging.

Due to the past weeks findings on the biased judge we’ve all demanded a fair trial. That means doing a re-trial. Or a re-#spectrial, that is! But that’s not all.

We’re thinking of demanding a new police investigation. There’s been too much questions marks regarding both the trial and the police investigation. The police officer, Jim Keyzer, knew that he had a well paid job at not just one but two of the companies that had filed charges against us, after a well done police investigation. Lots of stuff that where to our advantage was not included in the investigations outcome.

The first time I met Jim Keyzer and got questioned by him, he actually already knew about his new job.

So this week we will demand a completely new police investigation.

Too many people have ties to our opponents and has been proven to be on the pay-roll or promised to become employed in the future. We want everything to be in the eye of the public so that we can get help to see that everything is correct. We need to trust the system but the system needs to be transparent enough so we can trust it.

Cheers, do it. This will end horribly for the other side.

The responsibility to maintain the trust in the whole system of justice apparently lies on the “thieves” in this play.

#3 Niclas on 11.05.09 at 16:56

Hey, that’s about time! It is getting very clear now, that this investigation and trial, is a big joke.

A fair trial is apparently too much to ask for when the media mob is on the warpath.

Keep your head up and I’m certain that we will be able to steer this ship home! For all of you out there, make sure that you show your support during the elections!

I wonder when the recording industry realizes that its actions are downright suicidal.

What is being touted as a victory for them has turned out to be a PR nightmare, and boosted the PP to be the third largest party in the country.

Well done guys. :-)

Indeed a very good idea, Peter.

Good luck!

Some people and I are divided if we wolud like a retrial in the dicecourt.
Because we dont want to wait too long for the ending to happen. Though if the extra season will be atleast as good as the first one, then we want it! =D

#10 Wille on 11.05.09 at 20:08

#12 Mr. NO on 11.05.09 at 21:40

#15 Fredrik on 11.05.09 at 23:21

I hope it won’t just be a remastered version of the spectrial where they polish the edges of their illusionary media castle. It’s time to light up all dark corners, unlock the cellar and shake all rugs. Normally I wouldn’t like cleaning, but exposing their dirt and magnifying it til particle levels will be a joy to behold. >)

Which part of “political trial” don’t you understand? :P

#17 Mårten on 12.05.09 at 01:43

Hmm, probably a good idea. It’s really disturbing seeing police being bribed so openly, makes you wonder how much is going on behind the scenes that never get out in the open.

And then the biased judge… If he was is so interested in copyright law as he claims, why didn’t he join piratbyrån as well?

I understand you all want this over with as fast as possible, but it’s much more important this gets done the right way all way through. Who knows where the corruption ends otherwise.

#18 Anders Troberg on 12.05.09 at 06:20

Go for it. You’ll probably not get a new investigation, but by denying you one, they’ll show clearly what bad shape the justice system is in. This will turn media, and public opinion in your favour, which will help lead to a win in the long run.

#19 Tony on 12.05.09 at 07:19

ah season two, more popcorn and soda for me. i hope this one will be more fair.

You really think that there will be justice in this when there is huge companies that wants more money out of it? I mean, USA got away with 9/11.

There is a bomb ticking in this corrupt trial, and I would love to hear the explosion.

Keep it up, there are too many people on your side to let the judge get away with his bias.

#24 x64 on 12.05.09 at 12:04

First of all I think you will win the trial at the end, even with or without a new police investigation.. And the media is pulling every thread on this trial, so I don’t know what to believe anymore. But I’m hoping you guys will win at the end, free teh internetz!

#25 Peter on 12.05.09 at 12:21

Gillar verkligen sista meningen:

“We need to trust the system but the system needs to be transparent enough so we can trust it.”

Of course you should demand a re-trial including a new impartial police investigation and another prosecutor. And for heavens sake, don’t accept amatuer, unskilled judges selected by the political parties. (Yes, in the lowest court that’s the legal system here in Sweden! Laugh if you want but sorry enough, it’s true.) You must demand three professional judges to get a fair trail in Stockhoms Tingsrätt.

#27 Sam on 12.05.09 at 15:20

Sunde,
Retrial is must and even send jail to that corrupt judge & policeman.

Just trying to raise the awareness level of “lagen om teledatalagring”.

I feel it would be beneficial if as many people as possible knew about the next law that’s in the pipeline BEFORE they vote in the EU-elections! (tpb doodle?)

The first act of #spectrial was very entertaining, although I did not like the ending. I understand why you need to redo this act for the best possible play.

But if you redo the police investigation too, we fans may have to wait for three or more years. And there is a huge risk that #spectrial will end before it even started, unless you can find another corrupt cop.

I feel sorry for the people you absolutly wrecked. When Courtney Sale Ross go from New York to Stockholm in her private jet she probably curse you for taking her money. She has a whole house in Östermalm you know. I think its only 50 rooms and she stays there a week or so every year. That must be living hell for her.

Shape up guys and think of this misserable women. After all she deserves better in life.

Also, shes jewish, dont you have respect for hollowcoast survivors? ;-)

No, actually i was joking a bit.

I think she has more then enough. I wish you could compare this industry with inventors. The inventor has to.

1. File patent in origin country
2. File PCT
3. Translate and file the patent in desired countries
4. Pay every year for maximum 20 years.

I think it should work like this.

1. File patent application in one country (in english)
Valid without payment for 20 years in all countries.

Music industry is so spoiled. Time to bring em down.

They should also pay a application fee. It should be valid in 20 years. Same for the autors, movie makers. Why should the inventor pay really?

His small usually with no j-lobby, that is why the big companies gets off the hook.

I think the work you do is fantastic, and regardless of outcome you will have plenty of exposiure and be able to change the rotten laws regarding this.

Here in the US I think its even worse.

#38 Magnus on 26.05.09 at 22:11

Any news on this?
Did you demand a new investigation?
