Today I received a notification from the prosecutor that they will not investigate Jim Keyzer and his connections to Warner Brothers where he was employed during the investigation he did against The Pirate Bay.
They state they there are “no reason to believe that a crime has been committed by anyone employed by the police”. I must point out that they have decided not to start the investigation. They have not closed the investigation since there will not be any.
This is just so fucked up. Justice for… some? He should be put to jail, as a minimum sentence. More information will follow. And yes, we will appeal.

This really grinds my gears. You could give that as an argument for not investigating anything and it’s puny to just let it go. This is school book example of peer pressure and the problem with human grouping.
